Acting as the critical link between corporate strategy and field operations, this leader ensures initiatives across growth, revenue, and operations are successfully implemented at scale.This role is ideal for a proven multi-unit leader who thrives on developing teams, driving accountability, and scaling consistent execution across a growing national footprint.Your Game PlanField Leadership & Team Development (35%)Lead and develop District Managers responsible for multiple TOCA CentersProvide coaching, performance management, and ongoing development for field leaders and center managersBuild strong leadership pipelines for current and future center leadership rolesEstablish and reinforce a culture of accountability, high performance, and team engagementCenter Performance Management (30%)Own performance across all TOCA Centers, including revenue, conversion, operational compliance, and guest experienceConduct regular performance reviews with District Managers and center leadership teamsIdentify underperforming locations and implement targeted improvement strategiesEnsure centers consistently meet expectations for financial performance and guest satisfactionOperational Execution (20%)Ensure all locations consistently execute company operational standards and playbooksPartner cross-functionally to maintain facility standards, staffing models, and operational complianceSupport new center openings by ensuring operational readiness, leadership alignment, and strong executionSales & Guest Experience Execution (15%)Ensure TOCA Center teams consistently execute sales processes and guest experience standardsMonitor first visit conversion performance across locations and drive improvementEnsure consistent service standards and hospitality across all centersCommunication & AlignmentServe as the primary communication link between corporate leadership and TOCA Center teamsEnsure company initiatives are clearly communicated and effectively executed at the field levelProvide ongoing feedback from the field to corporate leadership regarding performance, challenges, and opportunitiesLeadership CollaborationPartner with cross-functional leaders across growth, revenue, and operations to support execution of company initiativesEnsure alignment between corporate strategy and field execution across all TOCA CentersQualifications & Experience10+ years of leadership experience managing multi-location consumer businessesExperience leading regional or district operations in sports, fitness, hospitality, or retail environmentsProven ability to lead and develop high-performing managers and multi-level teamsExperience driving operational performance and financial outcomes across multiple locationsStrong leadership, communication, and cross-functional alignment skillsAbility to balance operational discipline with a dynamic, team-oriented cultureTOCA Football is an equal opportunity employer.
