Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Artisan to join our team. As an Artisan, you will be responsible for executing projects with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality. Duties Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Construct, repair, and maintain structures or items using wood, metal, or other materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Conduct quality inspections on completed work to ensure it meets established standards. Stay updated on new techniques and materials in the field of craftsmanship. Requirements Proven experience as an Artisan or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of craftsmanship techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A valid driver's license is required.
