ResponsibilitiesLiaise between the customer and the Business Unit to clarify issues and deliver solutionsCollaborate with customers to optimize tool performance for process and integration needsVerify system equipment quality and instruct customers on operation and maintenanceProvide high-visibility on-site installation support and oversee diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipmentDemonstrate knowledge of 3+ processes across one or more technologies
