Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Associate, based in Orlando, FL, or West Palm Beach ,FL with options for some remote work. The Client Services Associate will provide high-quality support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include assisting with customer service tasks, facilitating financial transactions, maintaining effective communication with clients, and ensuring an excellent overall client experience. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiencesProficiency in Customer Support and Communication to effectively address inquiries and resolve issuesKnowledge of Finance and financial services is highly valuableOrganized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying client needsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferredProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
