The Sr Operations Manager provides overall direction and oversight in the areas of performance, safety, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and associate development across multiple sites.This role requires an experienced, people-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environments and is energized by building strong teams and scalable processes.
