This role plays a critical part in positioning BrickWork as a thought leader in sales enablement while supporting sales teams with effective messaging, content, and tools.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, strong marketing experience, and the ability to align marketing initiatives directly with sales objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand ManagementDevelop and execute corporate marketing strategies aligned with company growth goalsOwn brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channelsEnsure consistent brand voice across digital, print, and sales materialsDemand Generation & Campaign ManagementPlan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, content, social)Drive qualified leads and pipeline growth in partnership with sales leadershipManage campaign performance, budgets, timelines, and ROI reportingSales Enablement SupportCreate and maintain sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and proposalsCollaborate closely with sales to align messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategiesSupport product and service launches with internal and external marketing assetsContent & Thought LeadershipOversee development of content such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and newslettersWork with department leaders to help create sales material and case studies.Develop and Manage content calendar and distribution strategyDigital Marketing & AnalyticsManage website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media presenceTrack and analyze marketing performance using KPIs and dashboardsUse insights to continuously optimize campaigns and programsVendor & Project ManagementManage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and technology vendorsOversee marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools)RequiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or sales enablementProven experience aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectivesStrong project management and communication skillsExperience with CRM and marketing automation platformsPreferredExperience supporting sales teams or revenue organizationsFamiliarity with sales enablement concepts and methodologiesStrong writing and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentWhat Success Looks LikeIncreased brand awareness and market visibilityStrong alignment between marketing and salesConsistent flow of high-quality leads and sales-ready materialsClear, measurable contribution to revenue growth
