Special Education Paraprofessional - Torrington High School (2 Positions)

Torrington High School in Torrington, Wyoming, has two (2) Special Education Paraprofessional positions for the 2024-25 school year. Torrington High School serves students in grades 9-12. Candidates must meet highly qualified requirements. Start date: August 19, 2024. The job of Paraprofessional - Special Education was established for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional program within assigned classroom with specific responsibility for assisting in the supervision, care and instruction of special education students in the regular classroom or in a self-contained classroom; assisting in implementing plans for instruction; monitoring student behavior during non-classroom time; providing information to appropriate school personnel; and attending IEP meetings if required. These positions report to the building principal. Positions open until filled. Experience Job related experience is desired but not required.
