Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience as a CPO or CHRO, with direct reporting to the CEO or Board
Strong business acumen and financial literacy, including budget development
Experience with growth dynamics, such as acquisitions, M&A integration, and system implementations
Industry experience in healthcare, multistate operations, and healthcare regulatory compliance
Proven experience leading large‑scale organizational change and transformation within HR
Proven success in managing low‑skill, high‑turnover workforces
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and controls for risk mitigation
Experience working in a large‑scale organization (10k+ employees)
Experience in managing remote teams and working with diverse, multistate teams
Ability to navigate governance structures in family‑owned businesses
Passionate about the organization’s mission and skilled in inspiring and leading teams
Ability to physically work in the Minnesota office and travel to other locations as required
