We are Fear Free certified and AAHA accredited.Your Experience & SkillsPrevious customer service experience in a veterinary setting preferredAbility to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of veterinary services, including vaccines, preventions, and prescription processes (or willingness to learn quickly)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solvingYou’re Willing And Able To Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and efficiencySchedule appointments, provide accurate information, and triage calls appropriatelyGreet clients and patients warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experienceMaintain clear, compassionate, and effective communication with clients, veterinarians, and team membersEducate clients on basic veterinary topics, including vaccines, parasite prevention, and online pharmacy useAccurately enter and update client and patient information in the practice management systemProcess payments, invoices, and financial transactionsAssist with prescription requests and coordinate with the online pharmacy platformSupport workflow by relaying messages and ensuring timely follow-up with clientsMaintain a clean, organized, and presentable lobby and front desk area at all timesMonitor and restock retail products, including tracking food inventory countsEnsure client-facing areas reflect clinic standards for cleanliness and professionalismYou’ll Grow with Us SkillsHere, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
