We're looking for an experienced Technical Writer with strong SharePoint Administration and Development expertise to join a dynamic enterprise technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating high-quality technical documentation while building and maintaining SharePoint-based knowledge management solutions.Key Responsibilities:✅ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, SOPs, and administrator guides✅ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content✅ Design and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, metadata, and navigation✅ Build SharePoint solutions using lists, libraries, web parts, and workflows✅ Manage document lifecycle processes, including version control and governance✅ Establish documentation standards, templates, and style guides✅ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content✅ Support Agile/SDLC initiatives by ensuring documentation aligns with project deliverables✅ Create diagrams, process flows, and visuals using tools like Visio✅ Leverage Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, to improve documentation efficiencyRequired Qualifications:✔️ Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field✔️ 5–10 years of technical writing/documentation experience✔️ Experience supporting enterprise applications and technical teams✔️ Strong SharePoint Administration and Development experience✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills✔️ Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences✔️ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailPreferred Skills:• SharePoint site design, governance, and content management• SharePoint development (pages, lists, workflows, integrations)• Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)• Agile/SDLC experience• Microsoft Visio or similar diagramming tools• Information architecture and content design principles• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
