Forward Deployed Engineer

Overview As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Loadsmart, you join a growing logistics technology team to translate client needs into production AI-enabled workflows. You will design and ship integrated solutions across brokerage, dock scheduling, and shipper platforms, balancing quick delivery with robust, reusable platform capabilities. You’ll work closely with operations stakeholders, prototype automation, and refine AI behavior in production. This role combines hands-on coding with customer-facing problem solving.
