Direct Support Professional (DSP) Direct Support Professionals serve individuals with disabilities by assisting with personal cares (bathing, toileting, grooming, hygiene, etc.), mobility support and transfer assistance, transportation and support for community outings and activities, medication administration, housekeeping/cleaning duties, and meal preparation.$16.00-$16.50 Per HourAnnual Merit IncreasesPaid Training and Orientation, No Experience Needed!Daily Pay Option3 Weeks PTO (FT)Accrued Sick Time (PT)Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) (FT)Health and Dependent Care FSA (Flex Spending Account) (FT)401k with Employer MatchProfessional Development Reimbursement Program (FT)Local, Family Owned Company with Strong Mission and ValuesRoom for Career Advancement and GrowthSchedule: Part-time hours available (evenings, weekends). Every other weekend is a requirement for this position.
