A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.Job Responsibilities:Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.KEY RESPONSIBILITESREQUIREMENTS:Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our team.The ideal candidate will support the procurement process by evaluating supplier performance and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and evaluating vendor proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company standardsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of servicesReconcile and submit invoices by partnering with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely processingAssist in processing any accounting requests, ensuring alignment with financial policiesHandle vendor onboarding requests, including verifying credentials, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless integration into the systemWork on improving the accuracy and maintaining vendor data in the internal project tracking systems to operational efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related roleDemonstrates a proactive attitude, thrives in ambiguous situations, and proactively identifies process improvements while presenting actionable solutionsStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTop skills: SaaS Procurement, Vendor Management, Cost Savings
