General Laborer for Construction team in Rincon, Puerto Rico - flights, housing, meals paid

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team who has experience with USA mainland code standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be willing to assist in various construction tasks. We will pay for flights, housing and meals for workers from the USA Mainland. We will pay for a r/t flight every three months. There are direct flights from many cities in Florida, Newark/New Jersey, Chicago, Atlanta and New Orleans. Duties: - Assist with various construction projects as directed by the supervisor - Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials - Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision - Help with site preparation and cleanup - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications: - Experience in construction-related tasks such as stucco, tile laying, electrical work, welding, roofing, plumbing, and heavy equipment operation is preferred - Ability to use hand tools effectively - Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors - Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Knowledge of building materials and construction processes is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Benefits: Paid time off Relocation assistance Schedule: 10 hour shift Experience: Construction: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: rincon, pr 00677 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: rincon, pr 00677: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required) Work Location: In person
