Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
Engage in negotiation processes to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and business development.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
Conduct warm calls to follow up on leads and nurture existing client relationships.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with telemarketing practices and outbound calling techniques.
Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer data.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs effectively.
Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities.
