Administrative Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an outstanding company in Mesa, AZ that is looking for a Full-Time Onsite Monday through Friday Administrative Assistant. Pay range is $21.00-$23.00 per hour depending on prior experience.The Administrative Assistant is a role that supports daily operations, manages communications across all internal levels, and provides administrative assistance to ensure smooth and efficient workplace functioning.Key Responsibilities Manage office operations including mail distribution, package handling, and visitor log in.Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate departmentTake meeting minutesInventory and stock of office supplies.Mail distribution of incoming and outgoing.Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.Maintain office org chartsAssist with onboarding logistics for new hires and provide general office support.Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.2+ year of recent work experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.If you meet the minimum requirements, apply now!Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hourSearch managed by: Morgan RossBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
