You will perform work associated with the operations of assigned mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.Shift Available2nd Shift – 3 pm-11 pm Monday-Friday, every other Saturday 11 am-5 pm ($18.50/HR)3rd Shift – 11 pm-7 am Sunday-Thursday, every other Friday 11 pm-5 am ($19.00/HR)Hourly Rate - $17.50, plus quarterly incentives.What You’ll DoOperated assigned mechanical equipment and applicable hand toolsComplete first piece inspection as neededEnsure that items produced pass quality control requirementsRead and interpret blueprints in applicableUse basic measuring instrumentsComplete all necessary documents fully and accuratelyAdhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedWhat You’ll Need To Excel In This RoleRelevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Basic technical understanding of machineryAble to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and machine specifications, a plusProblem-solving and safety awarenessTotal Rewards OfferingMPS offers a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
