Physical Therapist Assistant

Physical Therapist Assistant Duties: - Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the physical therapist - Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients under the supervision of the physical therapist - Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities - Assist with patient transfers and mobility as needed - Maintain a clean and organized treatment area Skills: - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and lifting Occupational health experience is a plus.
