This role is critical in enabling effective leadership across a large, complex organization responsible for delivering value across the full customer journey.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with a high degree of ownership, discretion, and judgment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—it is a key partner in driving operational efficiency, alignment, and execution across the Services organization.Your impactProvide high-level administrative program specialist support to the SVP, Client Services, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, and meeting planningAct as a strategic partner in managing priorities, ensuring time is aligned to highest-impact workLead the organizational and strategic communications and engagement strategy for Client Services, engaging across the leadership team to build a strong culture and team engagement.Coordinate cross-functional meetings, leadership forums, and offsites to support alignment across Client Services; partner to cross-functional program specialists across the business Support planning and execution of key team events, leadership sessions, and organizational meetingsDrive operational excellence by managing logistics, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through on key initiativesPartner with leaders across AppFolio and other functions to facilitate communication and coordinationOperate as part of the broader Revenue Executive Assistant team to drive seamless coordination and alignment across leadershipHelp maintain strong team culture through thoughtful planning of engagement moments and events across SB, Dallas, and Remote teamsTravel planning and logistics for the Client Services team and leaders Qualifications5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the SVP level in a SaaS or high-growth environmentProven ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and execute with a high level of accuracy and discretionStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across all levels of the organizationHigh attention to detail and strong judgment in handling sensitive and confidential informationExperience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite and SlackCompetenciesPrioritization & Time Optimization: Aligns the SVP’s time to highest-impact work, proactively managing tradeoffs and protecting focus.Proactive Problem Solving: Operates ahead of needs, identifying gaps or risks before they surface. Takes initiative to solve problems independently and keeps leaders one step ahead.Operational Excellence & Execution: Drives seamless execution across logistics, meetings, and key initiatives. Builds systems, tracks action items, and ensures consistent follow-through across a complex organization.Cross-Functional Coordination & Influence: Acts as a central connector across leaders, teams, and functions. Facilitates alignment, removes friction, and ensures clear communication across the business.Advanced Communication: Communicates clearly, concisely, and confidently with senior leaders. Represents the SVP with professionalism and builds trust across all levels of the organization.Judgment: Exercises strong judgment in handling sensitive information and navigating ambiguous situations. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and trust.Ownership & Accountability: Takes full ownership of outcomes, drives work forward independently, and ensures nothing drops.Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is: $94,400–$118,000The actual base salary will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, and location.
