The role involves managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, building relationships with potential candidates, and delivering qualified talent to meet hiring needs. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and enhancing employer branding efforts to attract top-tier talent. This role requires effective communication and a collaborative approach to meet organizational hiring goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and leading hiring processesStrong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and teamsKnowledge of Employer Branding and strategies to attract high-quality candidatesExperience in Recruiting techniques and toolsSelf-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentUnderstanding of talent acquisition trends and best practicesPrior experience in personal development or leadership-focused organizations is a plus
