Resident Services Coordinator
The BHA is seeking to fill the position of Resident Services Coordinator. This is a responsible position, which shall report directly to the Executive Director. The position is responsible for coordination of resident services, communication between BHA and residents and supervision and monitoring of programs for our clients. We are looking for someone with a knowledge of social services and some understanding of residential property management. A degree, preferably in social work, and one to three years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The successful candidate must also work well in a team environment, be able to handle stressful situations and carry out the responsibilities of the job in a professional manner. With a 35 hour work week, Monday-Thursday, we offer a competitive salary and an excellent fringe benefit package. Minimum requirements: 1- 3 years of experience in social services and a valid Maine driver’s license.
