In this role, you will oversee the operations of multiple foodservice locations, ensuring that CSG programs, services, guiding principles, and strategic initiatives are successfully implemented and sustained. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, you'll serve as a key connector between Home Office teams and field operations, helping to drive excellence across compliance, financial performance, team development, and client satisfaction. You will lead efforts to monitor program effectiveness, strengthen clinical collaboration, and driving process improvements. As a hands-on leader, you will support Food Service Directors and their teams through recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development. Your leadership will be instrumental in supporting operational performance, developing high-performing teams, and executing company-wide strategies. Job Summary Job Summary Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following: Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account Roll out new culinary programs Preferred Qualifications BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred Three to five years of foodservice operation experience High volume production and catering experience is essential Previous experience managing a budget Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company We are seeking someone with strong experience in multi-site foodservice operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and budget management.
