We are a fun-loving, mind-blowing company that makes a difference one cup at a time.Position OverviewThe Senior Director of Facilities oversees the Facilities team to develop, propose, and implement strategic and tactical programs for planned and reactive maintenance services, asset replacement scheduling, and capitalized renovation projects. This includes the development of annual and long-term plans to support programs, prioritizing work based on asset conditions and available resources, and adjusting to changing needs. The objective is to maintain shops and sites in a customer-pleasing manner and to support Operations’ and company goals.Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Facilities or Asset Management, including enterprise or national scope responsibilityProven track record of developing and executing long-term strategy, not just operational leadershipExperience leading in high-growth, multi-unit environments (QSR strongly preferred)Demonstrated ownership of large-scale budgets and capital planning initiativesStrong background in vendor strategy, contract negotiation, and cost optimization at scaleExperience driving digital transformation, systems implementation, and data-driven decision makingDeep technical knowledge (MEP, refrigeration, building systems), with ability to translate into business strategyProven ability to influence C-level and cross-functional executives25% travel requiredMust be an effective negotiator; able to understand and successfully negotiate multiple or complex contracts and other agreements to achieve company goals and contain costsThis position requires driving, when necessaryLocation Requirement:This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.
