Industrial Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - 1st ShiftMonday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm Pay rate between $28 - $35/hour depending on experience We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep production running strong! This role covers everything from troubleshooting machines to facility upkeep. If you've got industrial maintenance experience and want steady hours on 1st shift, this could be the job for you. What You'll Do:Repair and maintain production equipment & facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic issues Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime Handle light carpentry, plumbing, landscaping & snow removal Keep accurate logs and ensure a safe, clean work environment What We're Looking For:Industrial/production maintenance experience (required) Technical training a plus but not required Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally 80 lbs) Able to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and wear PPE daily Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Why You'll Love It:1st shift, steady hours Variety in your workday - no two days the same Play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
