Industrial Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - 1st ShiftMonday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pmPay rate between $28 - $35/hour depending on experienceWe're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep production running strong! This role covers everything from troubleshooting machines to facility upkeep. If you've got industrial maintenance experience and want steady hours on 1st shift, this could be the job for you.What You'll Do:Repair and maintain production equipment & facility systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic issuesPerform preventive maintenance to reduce downtimeHandle light carpentry, plumbing, landscaping & snow removalKeep accurate logs and ensure a safe, clean work environmentWhat We're Looking For:Industrial/production maintenance experience (required)Technical training a plus but not requiredComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally 80 lbs)Able to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and wear PPE dailyStrong problem-solving and teamwork skillsWhy You'll Love It:1st shift, steady hoursVariety in your workday - no two days the samePlay a key role in keeping operations running smoothly
