Investigation and Security ServicesAdministration of Human Resource ProgramsJustice, Public Order, and Safety ActivitiesPrivate HouseholdsColleges, Universities, and Professional SchoolsHQ Lead Security OfficerAWM HQ - Woodland Park, CO 80863 Start Date 05/07/2026 End Date 07/06/2026OverviewSalary Range $22.50 - $27.00 Hourly Level Experienced Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level High School Travel Percentage NoneDescriptionPosition Purpose:Responsible for all aspects of the assigned shift to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors.Essential Duties:Assign starting posts for officers coming on shift.Assist in the training of security officers and the orientation of new hires.Conduct training in various security skills, not limited to C-Cure, report writing, patrol techniques, and opening and closing the HQ building.Ensure excellent customer service is provided to executives, staff, and visitors.Oversee and conduct investigations and interviews to gather facts regarding incidents that occur on ministry property and oversee the preparation of written reports.Familiar with all security systems.Assist staff and visitors with day-to-day requests, render aid and/or summon medics, and handle other requests as they occur.Act as HQ supervisor in the absence of the Security Operations Manager and Senior Director of Security.Identify areas for improvement within security operations and report to the Security Operations Manager.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Able to deal with uncertainty and stressful situations.Must possess good judgment, discretion, integrity, professionalism, and objectivity.Must be dependable.Able to control emotions.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good problem-solving skills.Able to drag 100 lbs. for 50 feet.Able to lift 80 pounds.Ability to operate a Windows-based computer system.Requirements:Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.Must sign the Statement of Faith.A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.Minimum of 21 years of age.Shall participate in and complete defensive tactics training.Must have reliable transportation.Valid state-issued driver's license with a good driving record, must always be in possession while on duty.May be required to take a medical exam, drug test, and/or physical fitness assessment.Experience:Prior AWM/CBC security officer experience preferred.Charis Bible College student or graduate preferred.We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees to include the following: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays per year (10), Flexible Spending Account (FSA)-Medical/Dependent Care, Health Savings Account (HSA), Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 403(b) Retirement Plan, Life Assistance Program, Accident/Hospital, ID Shield/Legal Shield and TelehealthAbout Us: Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) is a teaching ministry of unconditional love and the balance between grace and faith.
