You'll partner closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to bring scientific discoveries from the benchtop to full-scale production, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead Analytical Innovation: Develop, validate, and optimize robust analytical methods using GC, HPLC, IR, UV, ICP, IC, XRF, DSC, TGA, GC/MS, and LC/MS.Oversee method transfer, system troubleshooting, and ongoing instrumentation performance across multiple labs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support product development, scale-up, and quality control initiatives.Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior scientists; lead projects, coordinate deliverables, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, ICH) and maintain rigorous quality systems. Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related discipline.Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience with chromatographic (HPLC, GC) and spectroscopic (MS, NMR, UV-Vis) instrumentation.Proven Impact: Demonstrated success in method development, validation, and troubleshooting complex analytical techniques.Leadership Mindset: Demonstrated experience in team or project management with a passion for developing people and improving processes.Collaborative Communicator: Strong ability to partner across disciplines, resolve challenges, and communicate scientific insights effectively.Why Join This Great Company:
