We are currently seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team.In this role, you will work under general supervision to assemble a variety of product lines using hand and power tools, following established assembly procedures. You may also be responsible for guiding and coordinating the work of other team members as needed. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently across multiple product lines and work areas.Essential Functions Of The JobFollow all company and departmental safety rules including proper use of personal protective equipmentPerforms all required quality checks to assure products conform to companyMaintains 5s standards of housekeeping in work areaMeets production requirementsAssists in setup for productionCommunicates what tools are needed to continuously improve inefficiencies in various operationsAssembles components and sub-assemblies into completed productMaintains documentation as needed including updating of hour-by-hour boardsAssists in training coworkers in proper work procedures and safetyPerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA’s)Must be able to read blueprints and/or work instructionsMust be mechanically inclined and have good eye/hand coordinationKnowledge of, and ability to use, both hand and power tools essentialAbility to operate overhead crane as necessaryKnowledge of product operational functions necessaryEqual Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
