Regional Controller
Overview
In this role, you will oversee financial performance for multiple properties, delivering monthly statements, forecasts, and profitability analysis on a per-project basis. You will collaborate with local general managers to ensure compliance with corporate policy and drive financial discipline across the region. The position centers on budgeting, cash flow management, and KPI analysis to support strategic decisions. This is a hands-on finance leadership role that shapes project-level profitability and financial governance in a growth-focused mobility company.

ResponsibilitiesProvide financial performance status through collection, reporting, and interpretation of key dataCoordinate annual budget process and assist General Manager with budgets and forecastsPrepare financial projections to guide strategic and tactical decisionsEnsure policy compliance and advise on-site managementOversee daily reporting, monthly close, and reporting at local, regional, and corporate levelsAssist Operations with KPI analysis and profitability driversManage fixed assets, insurance costs, and multi-million dollar inventoriesSupport new business and contract procurement effortsPerform other duties as assigned
Key requirementsBig 4 Accounting/Auditing experience or equivalent preferredBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (already stated)5+ years of experience in financial performance assessmentConstruction/project accounting experienceProven experience leading month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statementsCPA and/or MBA preferred; IFRS experience a plusStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communicationDetail-oriented and results-drivenJDE knowledge highly preferredIFRS awareness a plusProficiency with standard computer programs
