2nd Shift Powder Painter - Entry Level

Adecco is partnering with a local client in West Bend, Wisconsin to find a dedicated and reliable Powder Painter for 2nd shift.Pay: $18 to $26+ (Based on Experience)**$2/hr shift premium once hired on*base increase when hired on and at 60 days and 6 months after hireShift: Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10pm**may need to train on 1st shift*OT will be required at timesResponsibilities:Apply powder paint using a manual powder gun.Troubleshoot powder application issues.Clean equipment and perform color changes.Follow instructions for powder application on specific parts.Maintain a dust-free work environment and ensure good organization.Perform preventative maintenance and report quality issues.Mark defective products to prevent shipment.Work overtime as needed for customer demands or maintenance.Ensure safety and compliance with company standards.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to follow directions and multitask.Basic computer skills.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.Willingness to assist in all areas of the paint department.Some of the benefits include:Competitive PayAir Conditioned FacilityPotential for Pay Increase and Advancement Opportunities After Hire OnFree Health ClinicOn-the-job trainingAND MORE!
