($50 individual and $180 for family)Additional benefits of dental, vision, short and long term disability insurances, and College-paid life insurance!Critical Illness, Cancer, and Whole Life insurance plans!Accrued annual leave, sick leaveTuition reimbursement opportunities!Opportunities to volunteer for committees to help in your professional growth!Examples of DutiesServe as the operational coordinator for the unit's digital accessibility compliance initiative under updated ADA regulations; guide faculty in the use of UDOIT, Adobe Acrobat Pro OCR workflows, and Microsoft accessibility checkers; track remediation progress in UDOIT Admin by error type and course; and maintain documentation sufficient for audit purposes.Plan, coordinate, and document institutional compliance with federal and state laws and regulations governing online learning, including annual coordination of the NC-SARA state authorization application and required reporting.Maintain and update a web-based database of current professional licensure requirements for all GCSC programs leading to certification in partnership with program coordinators; research state requirements to ensure accuracy of licensure disclosures.Maintain the GCSC profile on FloridaShines, complete state-mandated online course uploads each semester, and retain documentation required for distance learning fee audits.Serve as department webmaster for all Online Learning and compliance pages on the GCSC website, ensuring accuracy, currency, and alignment with applicable accessibility standards.In collaboration with the Executive Director, coordinate initiatives that promote online student persistence, retention, and completion.Develop and maintain technology training resources and orientation materials that build digital literacy for new and returning online students.Monitor and respond to the Online Learning email account; provide direct one-on-one support to students; and facilitate warm handoffs to advisorsand other campus resources as appropriate.Receive and triage student complaints and concerns by identifying appropriate campus resources and facilitating timely resolution.Support the instructional design team in planning and delivering workshops, training events, and professional learning activities in online and in-person formats.Coordinate marketing and outreach efforts for department events and resources, including production of newsletters, promotional materials, and graphic content.Assist the Executive Director in preparing purchase orders and requisitions; reconcile departmental expense tracking with Banner to maintain accurate budget records and resolve discrepancies.Track and report usage statistics and administer IDTracker.Approve space use requests in AdAstra.Maintain the department's filing system and SharePoint site; dispose of records in accordance with the State of Florida General Records Schedule.Process travel paperwork for department staff.Maintain inventory and equipment records.Retrieve and distribute departmental mail.Attend staff meetings, conferences, seminars, and training opportunities to maintain current knowledge of regulations and best practices.QualificationsAn Associate's degree from an Institutional accredited College or University required.Supplemental InformationWORK ENVIRONMENT:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
