POSITION PURPOSE: Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Prep Cook is responsible for practicing serve-safe methods in preparing, cooking, holding and storing of all food items. The Prep Cook is also responsible for completing other reasonable duties requested by guests and management. The Prep Cook works with other food and beverage team members and management in harmony to elevate the food and beverage experiences, and exceed our guest’s expectations. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE: EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor COMPENSATION: Starting wage is $20.00 per hour Wage Range is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.
