This position will support day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. The role will partner closely with HR, finance, and department leaders.

Comp:$27 – $30/hour
Job Description:
Process payroll with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Review and resolve timecard discrepancies (missing punches, incorrect entries, adjustments)
Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries (pay, overtime, garnishments, etc.)
Maintain and update employee payroll information in the system
Prepare reports related to timekeeping and compliance (e.g., meal/rest breaks)
Partner with internal teams to identify and resolve timekeeping issues prior to payroll processing
Assist with audits and ensure proper employee data alignment
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information
Support additional projects as assigned by leadership
Must Haves:
3 years of payroll processing experience
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Intermediate Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
