Job DescriptionIt is the Steadfast Fitness and Performance mission to create an engaging, positive and energetic environment from which a steadfast dedication to health, fitness and performance will translate over into all aspects of life. The Steadfast FP Front Office Coordinator will be an upbeat self-starter with positive energy, creativity and organization skills. This position plays an integral role in managing class/client schedules, administrative emails, the telephones and the CRM. Qualifications:Roles And ResponsibilitiesConsistently demonstrates Steadfast FP’s mission, core values, and policies. Facilitating clients through the check-in and check-out process. Assists new and prospective clients with assessment scheduling Actively fills trainer schedules according to availability and skillsetManages CRM, updating, adding and report pullingParticipation in team/staff meetings. Responsible for collecting payments Maintaining/following-up with referrals, reaching out to our client base and returning voicemail throughout the dayPerforms other duties consistent with purpose of job as directedExperience:Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteHigh School DiplomaExperience with CRM systemsVerbal and written communicationsCompany DescriptionSteadfast Fitness and Performance is your one stop shop for everything family fitness.
