Assistant Team Leader - Real Estate

KW Prosperity is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support agent engagement, retention, onboarding, recruiting, and overall Market Center operations. This role works closely with leadership and agents to help create a connected, growth-focused, and productive environment.This is a relationship-driven leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting agents, solving problems, building culture, and helping the organization grow.What We Offer:• OTE: $95,000+ based on performance• Paid Time OffResponsibilities:Support agent retention, engagement, onboarding, and overall experienceBuild strong relationships with agents and leadership teamsAssist with recruiting conversations, follow-up, and onboarding coordinationSupport Business Center communication, culture, and agent connectionHelp agents identify the right resources, coaching, training, or leadership supportTrack follow-up, recruiting activity, and agent communicationSupport Career Night, KSCORE, onboarding, and leadership initiatives as neededAssist with team matching, referrals, and agent transition supportMaintain consistent communication with agents and leadershipOperational ResponsibilitiesThis role also requires strong operational and organizational skills. The Assistant Team Leader will support systems, processes, reporting, and communication across the Market Center.
