This role is responsible for maximizing ROI, scaling ad performance, and driving customer acquisition and retention across e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills, creative testing, and data-driven decision-making to grow digital presence and revenue.What You'll DoDevelop, execute, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platformsOwn end-to-end management of Google and Meta ad accounts including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimizationAnalyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROIManage digital advertising budgets to achieve growth and profitability targetsImplement and iterate on A/B tests for creative and audience targetingConduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies for search campaignsManage tracking pixels, conversion events, and attribution models for accurate reportingMonitor evolving digital marketing trends and competitor activity to inform strategyCollaborate with creative and e-commerce teams to align ad messaging and landing pages with brand standardsCoordinate with internal and external partners to align advertising efforts with broader marketing objectivesEnsure all ads comply with platform policies and brand guidelinesIdentify opportunities for scaling spend while maintaining or improving ROIPrepare and present regular performance reports and growth recommendations to leadershipRecommend new tools, platforms, or practices to improve digital advertising effectivenessRequired Experience & Skills3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising on Google Ads and Meta platformsProven track record of scaling e-commerce ad accounts profitablyAdvanced proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analytics for both Google and MetaStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsExperience with A/B testing in digital advertisingKnowledge of tracking, attribution, and pixel managementAbility to manage budgets and maximize ROI across multiple campaignsStrong project management and communication skillsUp-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends, tools, and best practicesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldPreferred Experience & SkillsExperience in consumer wellness, CPG, or similar industriesFamiliarity with additional digital advertising channels such as TikTok or PinterestExperience working with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platformsProficiency with ad creative tools or working closely with design teamsGoogle Ads or Meta Blueprint certificationsCurrent Tech StackGoogle Suite, Meta Suite, BI Tools, and e-commerce platformsWhat We OfferSalary range: $100,000 – $130,000 + annual bonus eligible401(k)Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceEmployee assistance programPaid time offReferral program#TalentPop
