Assistant Project Manager Or Field Engineer (hiring for both openings)Location: ColfaxSalary: $85K-$90K base + bonus (salary depends on experince)Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in overseeing various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project and field activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of project tasks and activitiesPerform geotechnical analysis to assess construction site condition Plan and conduct geotechnical testingCoordinate with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines are metHelp in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentationsMonitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholdersAssist in budget management and resource allocationParticipate in site visits and inspections to ensure construction complianceSupport the project estimation and design process as neededQualificationsExperience preferred with geotechnical construction or civil constructionExperience as an Assistant Project Manager or Field Engineer roleStrong knowledge of project management principles and methodologiesProficiency in MS Office Suite, especially ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentKnowledge of geotechnical, heavy civil, and environmental engineering principles is a plusCandidates who fill out skills and questions move to the front of the application process!
