Workwear Outfitters is also the exclusive licensee for Dickies apparel in the B2B channel.Our Purpose: "We champion and empower workers who make our world work better"Major benefits include medical, vision and dental, Life and Disability coverage.Other benefits included: 401K, Tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Flexible Spending Accounts, and many others.What You Will Do as aUS Retail Brand Manager:The US Retail Brand Manager owns the strategic direction, product assortment, brand expression, andbusiness performance of the Liberty brand within the US Market while supporting retail execution andoperational delivery across Retail Brands (Kodiak, Terra, Walls). This role serves as a critical connectorbetween Brand strategy and Retail execution, partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, ProductCreation, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure brand intent is translated intostrong retail results.How You Will Make a Difference:Own the strategic direction, seasonal assortment, and overall business performance of the Liberty brand within the US Market.Develop Liberty's category and consumer-right assortment strategy, including marketplacesegmentation, channel-specific line plans, pricing and margin targets, and product linearchitecture.Lead the Liberty product creation and Go-To-Market process end-to-end, partnering withMerchandising and Design from concept and brief through production, retail placement, andseasonal line presentations.Manage the Liberty assortment lifecycle using competitive, consumer, and financial insights, including SKU strategy, costing, line health, and post-season performance analysis.Ensure Liberty brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling and brand expression are consistentlydelivered across retail, digital, and marketing channels.Support Retail Sales execution for Liberty and other Retail Brands by coordinating seasonalprograms, large sales opportunities, and new initiatives.Act as the primary cross-functional liaison supporting retail execution, integrating SKU setup, sizescales, order management, service issue resolution, and coordination with Sales, Planning,Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.Own retail performance insights and planning inputs by monitoring inventory and serviceindicators (backorders, ATP/Open-to-Sell, excess and obsolete inventory, phase-in/phase-out)and supporting forecasting and S&OP processes.Develop and maintain line, assortment, and program analytics, business cases, and performancereporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.Prepare strategic plans and recommendations to support customer opportunities, growth initiatives, and channel objectives.Coordinate samples and product availability for photo shoots, tradeshows, sales meetings, andshowrooms.Lead or support cross-functional projects, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions toensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution.Skills for Success:Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Product Management, Business, or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience in apparel merchandising, product creation, retail buying, or brandedmerchandise development.Strong understanding of product line architecture and Go-To-Market processes in a retailenvironment.Experience analyzing retail sales, margins, costing, and pricing to generate insights andrecommendationsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and externalpartners.Highly organized with strong project management, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing work based on business impact.
