Responsibilities Apply lawn care and fertilization treatments using modern, state-of-the-art equipment Communicate with customers to address lawn care needs and provide excellent service Work independently outdoors in varying weather conditions Accurately complete service records and follow all safety guidelines Maintain company standards for professionalism and quality workmanship Qualifications Must enjoy working outdoors and being physically active. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods. Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening,DOT Physical and background check. Strong work ethic, independence, and customer service mindset.
