This role is essential in supporting banquet and event operations by ensuring all ingredients and dishes are prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is an early riser with a strong work ethic, a passion for food preparation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare ingredients for banquet service, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioningAssist in the preparation of hot and cold menu items according to established recipes and standardsSet up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for banquet executionMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areasEnsure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulationsWork closely with chefs and kitchen staff to meet production timelines for eventsAssist with receiving and storing deliveries as neededPerform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef
