This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across a variety of components and systems-not just specializing in one area-while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Engineering ExecutionDevelop 3D mechanical designs using CAD tools (SolidWorks or Siemens NX)Perform engineering calculations, analysis, and problem-solving to support design effortsCreate and interpret technical drawings, documentation, and specificationsEnsure designs meet quality, cost, and timing objectivesCollaboration & Customer EngagementWork closely with customers, designers, and internal teams to meet project requirementsCommunicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholdersCoordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful executionProduct Development SupportContribute to design validation, testing, and release processesSupport development of complex systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical componentsApply best practices in design for manufacturing and performanceQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)2+ years of mechanical design experienceStrong proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or Siemens NX)Experience working with complex mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, actuators)Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting abilityExcellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearlyPreferredExperience with DFMEA, DVP, DFM, and FEAKnowledge of GD&T, 2D drawings, and welded/bolted joint designFamiliarity with CATIA, Pro/E, or MATLABAutomotive or vehicle dynamics experienceInternship or hands-on project experience (e.g., Formula SAE, Baja SAE)Why This Role?Work on diverse, high-impact engineering projects across multiple industriesGain exposure to both large and small customer programsFast-paced environment with strong ownership opportunitiesOpportunity to grow both technically and in customer-facing responsibilitiesEOE (including Disability/Veterans)How to Apply for This Job:To apply for this position, please follow these steps: Apply for this job with your current resume.
