Broiler Line Cook

About the JobWe are looking for a Sous Chef to prepare delicious meals according to our menu. Must be able to follow instructions, able to multi-task, work weekends and holidays, and must have reliable transportation.Responsibilities:Set up workstations.Cook food with various utensils.Ensure a great presentation by dressing dishes.Keep a sanitized and orderly workstation.Check the quality of the ingredients.Monitor stock, rotate, and place orders when needed.Work under pressure for high-volume parties and catering events.Being creative in planning dinner features.Work hand in hand with the Chef in daily tasks, inventories, making soups and prepRequirements:Proven experience as a Line Cook up to 3-5 years.Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, sauteing, baking & pasta, etc).Ability to work in a team.
