Adecco Staffing is partnering with a reputable manufacturing facility in Peterborough, NH to hire Tool & Die Makers on 1st & 2nd shift! This is a direct-hire opportunity . The position offers competitive pay rates and the opportunity to join a growing company.Pay Rate: $24-$32.78 per hour, depending on experience and shift.Sign on bonus eligible, dependent on experience and skill level.Schedules Available:1st Shift Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, OT available2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:15pm-11:45pm, OT availableJob Summary:We are seeking skilled Tool & Die makers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial toolmaking, with hands-on experience operating manual and CNC machining equipment. This role is critical in supporting production through the fabrication, maintenance, fixtures, and machine components.Key Responsibilities:Manufacture and maintain tooling used for stamping, forging, molding, and other industrial applicationsBuild and repair jigs, fixtures, and specialized components for CNC and other industrial machinesPerform set-ups and operate manual mills, lathes, and surface grindersSet up and assist with CNC machine operationsCollaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to ensure tooling is accurate and reliableInterpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to fabricate componentsMaintain an organized, clean, and safe tool room environmentQualifications:2+ years of experience in an toolmaking or manual CNC environmentProficiency in operating manual machine tools (mills, lathes, grinders) specifically BridgeportExperience with CNC setup, drills and basic programming is a plusStrong understanding of mechanical systems and tooling fabricationAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specificationsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipPreferred Experience:Background in tooling for stamping, forging, or molding operationsKnowledge of precision measurement tools and practicesExperience with preventive maintenance and machine troubleshootingIf you are interested in this position or others available, please apply with an updated resume or contact the Keene, NH Adecco Branch by phone or walk-in.
