All resumes must be two pages in length.\nMust have a hard copy of resume.\n\nJob Description\nThe employee applies practical knowledge of the nature and operations of industrial materials, equipment, facilities, and methods of production to plan, assess, advise, monitor, and resolve problems of production operations.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nPrepares detailed technical instructions, specifications, studies, reports, diagrams, sketches, tests and calculations concerning work methods, processes, equipment and facilities. Prepares production and delivery status reports and forecasts deliveries.\nInvestigates studies, recommends, plans and directs the installation or modification of complex systems and associated facilities.\nDevelops engineering plans, material specifications, and testing requirements for new and rearranged equipment, systems, and facilities.\nInterfaces with other technicians and engineers to ensure all technical issues are addressed. Communicate with production and engineering personnel Regarding solution of any production problems.\nResearches economical and efficient work and material flow to identify and recommend changes to process equipment systems and facilities coordinates assigned on site projects with ongoing production operations.\nQualifications Required for the Position / Knowledge of:\nengineering methods, principles, and techniques and the ability to apply knowledge to different and complex projects.\nbasic scientific methods and techniques to perform assignments.\nAnalytical methods to evaluate alternatives and present recommendations to management.\nGoverning policies, procedures, and regulatory material.\nto interpret guides and apply appropriate precedents.\nIndustrial plant equipment, manufacturing operations, and tooling requirements for understanding and analyzing production scheduling, fabrication, and delivery of cast metal items and propellers.\nAbility to track and monitor progress towards accomplishment of program goals\nSecurity Clearance / Background Check required.
