Job DescriptionRole DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect, located in Marion, IN. The Architect will collaborate with clients to design and develop innovative architectural solutions that align with their goals and budgets. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, managing projects from concept to completion, overseeing integration with other disciplines, and ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met. The Architect will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide functional, sustainable, and community-focused designs. The ideal candidate will have 10 years minimum experience and a desire to mentor younger staff in the office.QualificationsStrong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, coordination, and budget maintenanceFamiliarity with Indiana Building Code and industry standardsExcellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication abilitiesProfessional degree in Architecture and relevant licensure is requiredDetail oriented, driven, team leader with ability to problem solve and pivot when obstacles arise from schematic design through construction administrationProficiency in Revit (family-building experience is advantageous)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
