📌 Job Title: Administrative Specialist (Compensation Analyst)🕒 Duration: 6-Month Contract with Possible Extension or FTE 🗓 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay: $25-30/hr. on W2Note: Only Local Orange County Candidates accepted and Apply only if you are US Citizen or Green Card holder.🧾 About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist (Compensation Analyst) to support compensation strategies and HR initiatives. This role will partner closely with business units to ensure competitive, compliant, and effective compensation programs.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with business units on compensation-related matters such as new roles, salary structures, and equity adjustmentsDevelop and interpret compensation policies and programsConduct market analysis to ensure competitive positioningManage and maintain accurate job descriptions in compliance with regulationsSupport performance management and HR automation initiativesLead compensation projects including wage adjustments and review cyclesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local wage & hour lawsDesign and recommend salary structures, base pay, and incentive programs✅ Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business or related fieldMinimum 3+ years of experience in Human ResourcesAt least 2+ years of experience in CompensationStrong knowledge of Wage & Hour laws (state & federal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience in performance management practicesStrong project management and stakeholder management skills💡 Preferred SkillsAbility to consult, influence, and negotiate with leadershipStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience in healthcare industry (preferred)📍 Work DetailsLocal candidates preferred (Orange County area)Full-time, 40 hours per week
