Safety LeadLocation: Goodyear, AZPosition Type: ContractSchedule: Monday – Saturday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PMOur client is seeking an experienced Safety Lead to support construction operations at a project in Goodyear, AZ. This individual will be responsible for promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead and support all onsite safety initiatives and compliance effortsConduct daily jobsite safety inspections and hazard assessmentsMonitor field operations to ensure safe work practices are followedFacilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and new hire orientationsInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditionsMaintain accurate safety documentation and reportingPartner with project management and field personnel to address safety concernsEnsure proper PPE usage and compliance throughout the jobsiteAssist in implementing corrective actions and preventative measuresQualificationsOSHA 30 Certification requiredPrevious experience in a construction safety role requiredStrong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced construction environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAspen Technical StaffingCELEBRATING 25 YEARS~2001-2026~We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
