SHIIR Rugs is an artisanal rug company established in 2012 by interior designers Shea Soucie and Martin Horner of luxury interior design firm Soucie Horner Design Collective and Oscar Tatosian and Sarkis Tatosian of Oscar Isberian Rugs. SHIIR Rugs is represented in twelve showrooms across the United States and Europe, including Holly Hunt; Jennifer West; De Sousa Hughes; David Sutherland; ALT for Living; David Adler; Estudio Casa; and Tim Page Carpets in London, as well as direct representation.Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented, full-time Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. Our rugs require meticulous handling and storage. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in handling high-value merchandise with exceptional care and precision. The position is based at K. A. Pridjian & Co. warehouse (11600 S. Halsted St. in Chicago) where SHIIR receives, inspects, inventories and ships rugs along with other duties as assigned. There may be days when working in the main office (208 W. Kinzie St.) with the SHIIR team will be required. This is a physically demanding job that also requires customer service skills.
