We are seeking a General Otolaryngologist or ENT Subspecialist to join our busy, doctor-led practice with a clear and transparent partnership track.Expert ColleaguesWork alongside a team of highly skilled surgeons with a diverse range of expertise:Kevin Bright, MD:Has been practicing at Southwest ENT Consultants for 25 years. He maintains a comprehensive general ENT practice with a specialized focus on pediatric care, including cleft lip and palate.David Reiersen, MD:Has been practicing in El Paso for over 10 years. He maintains comprehensive general ENT practice providing specialized care for patients of all ages.Julian Vellucci, MD:A recent addition to the group following his fellowship in head and neck oncology. His arrival highlights the practice's recent growth, as he has already developed a robust practice specializing in oncology and microvascular surgery.Practice Highlights & InfrastructurePhysician Autonomy:Fully physician-owned and operated group offering the ability to customize a medical practice to fit provider preferences using strong infrastructure.Established Referral Base:High-volume practice with a strong community presence and an existing practice structure.Comprehensive Support:Office includes an ENT nurse practitioner, audiologist, and hearing aids specialist.Surgical Access:Access to fully equipped surgical centers and multiple hospitals with instrumentation to support head and neck oncology, airway/pediatric ENT, otology, and rhinology/skull-base surgery.In-Office Services:Facilities equipped with CT imaging, allergy services, and full audiology.Schedule & RequirementsTypical Work Week:Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.Clinical Split:60% clinic and 40% OR/procedures.Daily Census:Approximately 25 patients in clinic per day and 7–15 surgeries per week.Call Requirements:1:6 call coverage shared with surrounding ENT practices and local Army ENT providers.Skills:Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with the ability to multitask and manage a wide range of patients.Visa Sponsorship:Not available for this position.Compensation & BenefitsPaid Call:Additional compensation provided for time spent on call.Retirement:Pension profit sharing plan.Insurance:Health insurance and malpractice insuranceLiving in El PasoSafety:Consistently ranked as one of the safest large cities in the U.S..Climate:300+ days of clear sunshine with very low humidity.Recreation:Home to the Franklin Mountains with extensive hiking and biking trails, and proximity to White Sands National Park and regional ski resorts.Tax Benefits:Located in Texas with no state income tax.Education & Culture:Home to medical schools with residency programs, Division I universities, and the El Paso Chihuahuas AAA baseball team.Contact Information:David Reiersen, MDPhone:915-544-1350Email:reiersendavid@gmail.comPractice Website:www.swent1.com
