Position Overview: We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to safely transport boats across the region and nationwide. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every boat arrives on time, secure, and in pristine condition. This is a hands-on role in a small, family-operated company where your skills and reliability are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport boats to designated locations. Load and unload boats securely, protecting them throughout transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and trailers. Follow DOT regulations and company safety protocols. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries. Collaborate with dispatch to resolve any operational challenges. Qualifications: Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record. Minimum 2 years CDL driving experience (boat or oversized loads preferred).
